1-room apartments for long staying guests  All apartments are equipped with a fully supplied kitchenette. The monthly rate includes: weekly cleaning and changing of laundry, 3x times weekly trash removal, heating cost, electricity- and waterconsumption,telephone- and TV basis costs. A special washroom equipped with washing machines and tumble-drier is available.  -Rental only on monthly base from day of arrival- Boarding 2010
